Living in such a beautiful and sunny country as UAE gives many possibilities for crafting memorable photography. It might be challenging to choose only one location among so many interesting places. If you are struggling to decide where to document your story this post is for You.

Desert is never a bad choice for all types of sessions from a romantic couple photo shoot to a joyful family session. It is unique landscape for capturing beautiful memories of our expat life in UAE and a perfect playground for kids. Dunes make an ideal backdrop to capture your story.

Be prepared for lots of walking, running and lots of sand everywhere especially if you plan photo session with kids. Sessions in the desert are usually planed one hour before the sunset when the sun is soft and warm. I love to shoot during “golden hour” and if you want to catch some sun flares on your photographs that’s the best time to do that.

If you do start your day very early I will be happy to arrange your session at the sunrise. Having photo session when the Sun appears on the horizon is an incredible experience and I am sure you will not regret waking up early.

Al Sufouh Beach

I love to shoot at the beach as it offers a variety in the landscape: beautiful sea, a small patch of grass here and there, a bit of rocks, all that add interest to the photos.

When choosing this location please be prepared to get wet and have a change of outfit ready.

I would suggest you to book your beach session during weekdays when the beach is relatively empty or at the sunrise if you don’t mind waking up early.

Al Fahidi Historical District

If you wish to include some architecture in your photographs old part of Dubai will be a great choice. The sandy-coloured walls of Al Fahidi are perfect background for natural photos.

Photo session in this location is relaxed as we will wander around narrow alleys just like tourist and if you want to take a break we can easily find a beautiful spot to have a coffee or snack.

It is great location for couple photo session that can turn into a date with your loved one or an engagement shoot.

And it is a perfect choice for a family session especially if your kids cannot stay in one place for too long.. They will love to walk this earthy coloured maze and discover what is hidding behind each beautiful door.

The best time for your session would be early morning but if you don’t mind being surrounded by people any time of the day will be fine.

Your home

I love to shoot families in their own environment where they feel most comfortable. Having your photo session at home allows showing unique bond between each member of the family.

It is also a great option for those who would like to take advanced pregnancy photos and at the same time make meaningful memories in the place where the baby will be welcomed.

Definitely it is the best and most popular place to have your newborn photo shoot. At home your little one will feel most comfortable and you avoid exposing its delicate immune system. This is also the most relaxed session, as I will come to your place so that you can enjoy your time together as a family and not worrying if you have all baby essentials with you.

Session at home is easy to schedule since we do not have to chase the sunset and we can simply agree on timing most convenient for you.
